Diners order at the table and pay at the counter
- QR menu and table ordering
- Kitchen display and GST-ready bills
- Cash, card or your own UPI QR at the counter
- Daily reports and staff logins
Diners scan, order and pay by UPI from the table. Orders reach your kitchen screen in seconds and the money goes straight to your bank. On the Payback plan, diners' platform fees cover your monthly fee, and we refund any shortfall.
Tap through it yourself. On the left is what your diner sees; on the right, your kitchen screen.
Tap Add on a dish to start.
Demo only: in the real app the diner pays in their own UPI app, and the bill includes GST and fees.
The busiest hour decides your day. MenuBook takes the ordering and billing off your staff so they can serve.
Diners order from their phones, so your waiters spend the rush serving food, not writing orders.
No misheard orders. Notes like "less spicy" reach the kitchen screen just as the diner typed them.
No waiting for the menu or the bill. Diners pay by UPI at the table and leave when they're done.
Mark a dish sold out or change a price and every table sees it at once. No reprinting.
You don't have to do it alone. Send us a photo of your menu on WhatsApp and we'll set it up with you.
A photo of your printed menu is enough. We turn it into a digital menu you can check and edit.
Print one QR code per table. Every order arrives tagged with its table number.
Orders ring on your tablet and show on the kitchen screen. UPI payments switch on once bank checks clear, in 3–7 days.
Each UPI order carries a small platform fee that the diner can remove. Those fees come to you.
Example uses a ₹999 monthly fee, a ₹2 platform fee and a 30-day month. GST on the monthly fee is extra. You pay your monthly fee at the start of the month; any shortfall refund reaches you after month end.
Pick how your diners pay. Both plans start with 30 days free, and we agree your monthly fee with you before you pay anything.
